David A. Wojcieszak, P.E., C.I.A.Q.P., C.I.P.E.

President

Founded the firm in 1982 after working as a Project Manager/Estimator for a large Electrical Contracting firm for seven years. Mr. Wojcieszak graduated from Brown University, Providence, RI, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. He holds current registrations for both Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. He also holds a current State of Florida Electrical Contractors License. He is a Certified Indoor Air Quality Professional.

Darcee A. McAninley, P.E., C.I.A.Q.P.

Mechanical Engineer

Before joining the firm in 1995, Darcee had worked as a field engineer for a Martin County renovation project. She has a Masters of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University, and is currently a registered Mechanical Engineer in the State of Florida. Darcee has been responsible for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical design for commercial and institutional buildings and large residences. She also performs building investigations for mold, mildew and indoor air quality. She is a Certified Indoor Air Quality Professional.

Timothy M. McConkey

Electrical Designer

Before joining the firm in 1995, Tim had 2½ years experience in this field. He has a Bachelor of Design degree from the University of Florida. Mr. McConkey specializes in electrical drafting. He has drafting experience in: mechanical, electrical, civil and architectural. Mr. McConkey has been involved in the design and drafting of many institutional, commercial and recreational, as well as residential projects.

Lynne D. Crossan

Plumbing Designer

Before joining the firm in 1998, Lynne worked for a Martin County renovation project. Lynne studied economics at the University of Delaware. Lynne holds current Masonry Contractors Licenses in Martin and St. Lucie Counties and the City of Port St. Lucie. Lynne is involved with the design and drafting of plumbing systems for Commercial and Residential buildings.

Sari Kujawa, P.E.

Mechanical Engineer

Before joining the firm in 2004, Sari had 3 years experience in HVAC design and analysis. She graduated from Drexel University in Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. She is responsible for HVAC design for commercial and large residential applications.

Office Staff

Louise Demko

Administrative Assistant

Louise is the office manager. She directs phone calls, organizes drawings, helps prepare reports, proposals and other administrative forms.

Chris Wojcieszak

Financial Manager

Chris manages all the finances for the company including billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. She also manages employee benefits.

Donna McAninley

Data & Information Analyst

Donna retrieves and tracks information that enters and leaves the office. She also helps with billing, accounts receivable, and proposals.
